We at CircleSource understand the importance of customer business needs and their commitments. We have defined a Quality Management System which ensures timely delivery of customer requirements and at the same time meet the Quality Objectives. Every project Development Life Cycle follows:

Project initiation Process:
  The Project initialization is done by the Marketing team in close consultation with the Project Manager.

Project Requirements Process:
  All Project requirements are studied and detailed Requirements Specifications and Estimations are prepared,
Reviews and approvals are done by the respective functional heads as defined in the Roles and Responsibilities   documents for that project.
The Software Requirement Specification (SRS) is sent for Customer’s approval.
A copy of SRS is placed into the QMS CVS repository of the Project.
All reviews are updated and placed into CVS.

Project Plan process:
  A detailed Project Plan is prepared by the Project Manager along with the Projec Lead, development team and   Quality team.
The Project Plan is reviewed by the responsible functional head and updated on weekly basis for status and   tracking.

Project Design process:
  A Detailed Design plan is prepared based on the requirements specifications.
The design details are reviewed, approved further in consultation with customer.
The approved design details are placed in CVS.

Project Development Process:
  The Project lead takes the responsibility and schedules the development process.
The developer’s code and unit test the components as per detailed design specification.
The unit tested code is placed into project CVS under project builds.
The project is tracked and measured for its status. If there are any deviations, corrective actions are implemented   and monitored.
The status of project progress is discussed with the project team and the customer. Any issues are clarified with   customer.
The Scrum activities are recorded and stored in project’s CVS.

Project Testing Process:
  The Quality Manager along with test team in consultation with Project team prepares the Test plan and test team    test cases based on Requirements or    customer supplied Use cases.
The test plans and test cases are reviewed and approved by respective functional heads.
The Test team prepares the test bench setup.
Test Manager/Leader reviews the test setup.
Test execution is done by test team and monitored by Manager/Lead.
The Test team reports the unit tested code/module on the reporting tool to the developer’s.
The regression tests, Load Tests, Functional and System tests are conducted.
The Test Team uses automation tools for testing, reporting and tracking.
The Test activities are placed in project CVS.
The Builds and Releases are managed.

Project Build/Release Process:
  The Quality Manager/Leader works with Project Manager/ Leader for the Builds and releases.
Any issues related to releases are tracked and resolved in consultation with Quality Manager/Leader works with   Project Manager/ Leader.

Project Maintenance Process:
  The Enhancements to project are retested by quality team and retested before releasing to customer.
Quality Team Manages the patch releases and fixes.
