CircleSource Managed ODC
CircleSource comprises a strong product engineering team that understands the difference between product engineering and customized project development. We provide product engineering services aimed at reducing time to market, reducing development and maintenance costs, reducing risks and enabling the customer to focus on the business intelligence of the product.

This execution model primarily suits start ups or customers where CircleSource takes full responsibility for the on time delivery of software products. With minimum setup time and a feeling of owning the product, CircleSource ensures a reduced time to market and optimal business intelligence put into the product. In this low-risk option, CircleSource manages the entire product and the team and ensures quality delivery of the product within a pre-scheduled time frame.

Client Managed ODC
The client managed model gives you total control for managing your product as per your requirements. CircleSource provides you with resources and infrastructure for product development. All processes, including the development process, quality management systems, documentation standards and coding guidelines are tailored as per your needs.

This model is ideal for established companies for their existing products, with the ODC serving as an extension of the team. The responsibility of the product delivery lies with you in this model.

BOT
CircleSource’s Build-Operate-Transfer approach enables customers to rapidly start offshore software product development operations and later transfer the offshore development center as their own subsidiary.

CircleSource offers the following value adds during each step.

Build
Set-up the facility and infrastructure, staff the development center, and establish knowledge transfer.

Operate
Manage the offshore organization: Program Management, Development, QA, maintenance, enhancements, and product support.

Transfer
Register a new offshore subsidiary for the customer, transfer assets, and handover operations.

The scope of work includes –
  Identify and hire the team in India
Provide for the complete infrastructure and back office facilities to this team
Set up the offshore work model for these developers and make it up and running
Co-ordinate the day-to-day working between the onsite and the offshore team
Help grow this team in terms of numbers and technology
Set up the complete offshore development center in India
Provide handholding in the Build, Operate and Transfer model to set up the offshore development center
